1) Установить Waves.Complete.2017.05.24 WIN\Waves\Install_Waves_Central.exe
2) Выключить интернет, запустить waves_central
3) Нажать на кнопку "select offline installer"
4) Переместить все или только нужные компоненты и на жать "инсталл"
5) Установить патчи.
